Eagles was superior against Brookfield Ache'rs 20 to 13 at Ellerslie Rugby Park on Wednesday. Both teams were scoreless in the first quarter. No one scored in the second quarter either. Both offenses remained unproductive against the superb defenses the 3rd quarter as well. In the final quarter, with defenses wearing down, Eagles outscored their opponents by 7 points and took the lead to claim the late win.

The Eagles defense contributed to the victory, and kept the pressure up with five sacks.

Brookfield Ache'rs finished the game with a record of 0-2.
