Lube-X Hawks prevailed over Crush 31 to 12 at Ellerslie Rugby Park on Tuesday. Neither team managed to put points on the board in the first quarter. The second quarter was also scoreless. Both offenses remained unproductive against the superb defenses the 3rd quarter as well. In the fourth quarter, the offenses finally got going when Lube-X Hawks outscored Crush 31 to 12 and took the lead to claim the late win.

The Lube-X Hawks defense contributed to the victory, and kept the pressure up with two sacks. They picked off Crush five times.
