Jon Janz proved invaluable to Whalers passing for four touchdowns.

Shutting out the competition, Whalers finished off Razorbacks 52 to zero at Ellerslie Rugby Park on Thursday. Neither team scored in the first quarter. Both teams also came up blank in the 2nd quarter. The defensive shutout also continued through the 3rd quarter. Finally getting points on the board in the fourth quarter, Whalers scored 52 straight points to take the win.

Whalers's offensive effort was enough for the win.

The Razorbacks offense didn't perform as well.

The Whalers defense contributed to the victory, and kept the pressure up with five sacks. They picked off Razorbacks twice.

Whalers ended their streak of 3 losing games and now has a record of 1-3. Razorbacks finished the game with a record of 1 win and 3 losses.
